Before you travel

Prepare the terminal-to-door handoff

PHL's official ground transportation guidance places reserved sedan, limousine and van service at Zone 6 on the Commercial Transportation Roadway. Use that guidance to understand the terminal layout, then follow the meeting instructions confirmed for your reservation. A curbside request and an inside greeting need different coordination; specify which you want when you send the itinerary.

Include the arriving flight number and date, rather than a landing time alone. Add the terminal if known, whether bags are checked, and whether the party must clear international arrivals before meeting the chauffeur. Travelers on separate flights should decide whether to wait for the last arrival or arrange separate transfers. Tell the coordinator which passenger can receive a call after landing.

For the destination, a hotel name is only the start. Add the street address, the entrance requested by the property, and any stop before check-in. Check the confirmed arrangement

Before confirmation, compare the written plan with your ticket: airport, travel date, arrival or departure, addresses and passenger count should all agree. Ask how waiting is handled, how to request a change, and what happens if the itinerary changes. Vehicle availability and any special request need confirmation for the actual reservation. We arrange and manage the ground ride around that agreed plan. Keep the confirmation accessible during travel, and contact coordination when the party is ready or if the meeting point needs to change.
