Before you travel
Confirm the aviation-side meeting point
PHL's official general aviation information identifies PNE as Philadelphia's general aviation reliever airport. Treat a PNE reservation as a private aviation handoff, with the precise facility and authorized meeting point supplied by the flight team. The airport name alone does not identify where the passenger will emerge or where a ground vehicle may wait.
Send the aircraft tail number when available, the planned arrival window, the facility name and a contact who can update the ground itinerary. Confirm whether the passengers are continuing directly to a meeting, stopping at a residence, or retaining the vehicle for several visits. If the flight changes airports, contact coordination before proceeding to a different facility; the destination, vehicle assignment and quote need to be checked together.
Include all bags and materials, especially equipment that is longer or bulkier than standard luggage. A passenger count without that inventory can produce the wrong cabin and storage plan. For a departing flight, ask the flight team for the required report time and building entrance rather than using commercial airline terminal instructions. See private aviation service and the vehicle guide before requesting the ground arrangement.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Before confirmation, compare the written plan with your ticket: airport, travel date, arrival or departure, addresses and passenger count should all agree. Ask how waiting is handled, how to request a change, and what happens if the itinerary changes. Vehicle availability and any special request need confirmation for the actual reservation. We arrange and manage the ground ride around that agreed plan. Keep the confirmation accessible during travel, and contact coordination when the party is ready or if the meeting point needs to change.
