Before you travel
Identify the Delaware destination and connection
A PHL-to-Wilmington request should name the actual hotel, office, residence or rail station. Amtrak's official Wilmington station page provides the station's facilities and arrival guidance. If the ride connects with rail, include the booked train and the required station arrival time, with room to retrieve bags and reach the platform after leaving the car.
For an arriving flight, share the flight number, travel date, bags and passenger contact alongside the destination. If the party is meeting colleagues in Wilmington, identify whether those colleagues need another pickup or only join the schedule at the office. A written sequence keeps an airport transfer from silently becoming a multi-stop itinerary with a different vehicle or time requirement.
For the return to PHL, include the airline check-in deadline and every planned collection point. Hotel checkout or an office departure may take time before the vehicle can leave. The Wilmington planning guide covers local handoffs; the PHL airport page covers terminal coordination. If the car should remain available through meetings, request that retained service explicitly rather than assuming the return is part of a one-way transfer.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Compare the confirmation with the itinerary before booking: travel date, pickup address, destination, vehicle class, passenger count and every planned stop should match. Ask which waiting, toll and parking terms apply to the quote and how changes are approved. We arrange and manage the ride around the agreed route. The booked price and any requested accommodation need confirmation for your specific trip. Keep the traveler contact available on the day, and report changes to flights, addresses or party size promptly.
