Match the quote to the work
A PHL arrival followed by a hotel drop is different from keeping a car through meetings in Center City and King of Prussia. Describe the full sequence when you request a quote. A direct transfer covers the agreed trip; hourly service reserves a block of time with a three-hour minimum. If you need a return later in the evening, ask whether that is a separate transfer or part of a retained itinerary.
For airport arrivals, PHL identifies Zone 6 for sedan, limousine and van services. Include the flight number and destination address, then follow your confirmed meeting instructions. The pickup zone does not set the fare, and a point-to-point floor does not promise one price for every hotel, terminal or suburb.
