Before you travel
Coordinate the building and traveler needs
University City destinations need building-level instructions. Penn's official visitor resources include campus maps, directions, and transportation information for its schools, hospitals and medical centers. Use the host institution's current map to identify the destination, then confirm the entrance with your host. A university name or hospital acronym does not identify a practical passenger meeting point.
For an appointment or campus visit, share the required check-in time as well as the street address. If a traveler needs a shorter walk, space for a folding mobility aid, or assistance reaching the entrance, describe that need before choosing the vehicle. Ask the institution about its own accessibility arrangements. Vehicle access and the passenger's route inside the building should both be clear before the day begins.
For a visitor arriving by rail, provide the train number and organize the onward address through the 30th Street Station guide. For PHL, include bags and the flight number. If several campus appointments are planned, list them in order with realistic gaps for leaving each building; the multi-stop planning guide can help organize the schedule.
Check the confirmed arrangement
For the quote, include the date, pickup time, all addresses, passengers and bags in one request. Identify any fixed arrival deadline and whether the car waits between stops. Confirm the vehicle, reserved period, waiting terms and cancellation policy before travel. We arrange and manage the ride according to the confirmed itinerary. If the property changes an entrance or a meeting moves, send the update to coordination rather than assuming the original pickup still works. A clear traveler contact keeps the final handoff straightforward.
