Compare the actual journey, including every stop

These route guides explain common Philadelphia-area connections, but the quoted itinerary begins and ends at specific addresses. For an airport trip, include the flight number and the travel date. For a city-to-city trip, identify the property and borough or town at the far end. A route label does not establish a pickup entrance, a passenger manifest or the time the traveler needs to arrive.

List intermediate stops before pricing is confirmed. A hotel luggage drop, a colleague pickup and a meeting are separate pieces of work even when they are on the way. Decide whether the vehicle is released at the destination or retained through the visit. If a later return is needed, include its date, address and expected departure. Uncertain finish times should be described directly so the appropriate arrangement can be reviewed.

Use official travel information when organizing the connection. PHL publishes airport pickup zones, Amtrak publishes Wilmington station information and 511PA provides Pennsylvania road conditions. Check the confirmed arrangement

Keep a copy of the itinerary and compare it with the written quote before confirmation. Dates, addresses, passengers, vehicle class and the reserved service period should match. Ask about waiting, changes and cancellation terms while the plan is being reviewed. We arrange and manage the ride around the confirmed request; vehicle availability and special arrangements are confirmed for the actual reservation. On the day, keep the traveler contact reachable and send any updated flight, entrance or destination information through the agreed coordination channel.
