These terms govern transportation arrangements managed by Black Car Service Philadelphia.
Quotes and pricing
All trips are quoted by itinerary and confirmed before booking. Confirmed quotes are honored as agreed; material itinerary changes may be re-quoted with your approval.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by dispatch. Providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information is the client's responsibility.
Waiting time and changes
Airport pickups include a reasonable post-landing grace period. Additional waiting, added stops, or extended hourly time may adjust the fare, always confirmed before being applied.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are provided with your quote and vary by trip type and notice period. Contact dispatch as early as possible when plans change.
Conduct and safety
We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct. Chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; client requests that conflict with safety or law cannot be accommodated.
Check the itinerary before confirming
A clear reservation describes the work being arranged. Review the pickup date, local time, exact address, destination, vehicle class and number of passengers. For a PHL arrival, include the airline and flight number, the traveler contact and the luggage count. For a meeting day, distinguish appointment start times from the times you want the car to leave each address. These details help avoid a quote for a different trip than the one you intend to take.
We arrange and manage your ride. Vehicle suitability depends on both seating and luggage, so describe large cases, equipment or boarding needs before confirming. Representative fleet photographs do not guarantee a particular assigned model. Ask for the vehicle plan and the agreed meeting instructions in your confirmation.
Direct transfers and retained time
A direct transfer and a retained hourly reservation cover different work. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum; the reserved block is time assigned to your itinerary, including planned waiting between stops. A later return journey should be included in the request so the quote states whether it is another transfer or part of the same block. A published hourly figure does not establish a price for an airport route.
Questions to settle in writing
Before accepting the quote, confirm the total price, included items, any applicable extras and how additional waiting or changes are handled. Ask when the hourly block begins and ends. Review the cancellation terms supplied for your reservation and the contact to use if plans change. A flight delay, new stop or different destination may affect the plan; communicate the update and review any revised arrangement before accepting it. Keep the written confirmation available to the traveler as well as the person who made the reservation.
