Before you travel
Make the airport and downtown handoffs precise
For this route, put the flight number and date beside the exact Center City destination. A hotel brand or office name can have more than one relevant entrance; obtain the passenger entrance from the property before confirming. If the traveler will check in at a hotel before an appointment, include both stops. That second leg changes the work the reservation must cover.
PHL's official pickup guidance identifies Zone 6 for sedan, limousine and van service. Read the confirmed reservation instructions and follow current airport signs when leaving baggage claim. Do not call the chauffeur forward until the party has collected its bags and is ready to use the agreed meeting point. For an inside greeting, request that arrangement before arrival.
For a return to PHL, provide the airline's required arrival time and the hotel's departure entrance. Add checkout, luggage collection and any additional passenger stop to the plan. Avoid treating a meeting finish as a guaranteed departure time if the traveler still needs to return to the hotel. The Center City guide covers property coordination, and the PHL pickup guide explains the airport side.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Compare the confirmation with the itinerary before booking: travel date, pickup address, destination, vehicle class, passenger count and every planned stop should match. Ask which waiting, toll and parking terms apply to the quote and how changes are approved. We arrange and manage the ride around the agreed route. The booked price and any requested accommodation need confirmation for your specific trip. Keep the traveler contact available on the day, and report changes to flights, addresses or party size promptly.
