Before you travel
Plan the airport leg around the exact property
Write the King of Prussia destination as a full property address, then specify the arrival entrance. A shopping visit, hotel transfer and office appointment should have different destination instructions. Simon's official mall page includes a map and directions; for a mall stop, use it to agree on the entrance with the traveler before requesting the ride.
The airport side needs the arriving flight number, date and passenger mobile contact. Include checked bags, presentation materials or shopping plans that could affect the return vehicle. If the traveler wants a hotel drop before continuing to another appointment, list that as a stop. A quote for one airport-to-property transfer should not be interpreted as a vehicle held through an entire meeting or shopping visit.
For the return, confirm whether departure is fixed or depends on the day's finish. An airport deadline needs a departure plan that includes collecting the party and bags. Review current road information through 511PA instead of treating an estimated drive as a guarantee. The King of Prussia guide and hourly service page help distinguish the direct transfer from retained time.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Compare the confirmation with the itinerary before booking: travel date, pickup address, destination, vehicle class, passenger count and every planned stop should match. Ask which waiting, toll and parking terms apply to the quote and how changes are approved. We arrange and manage the ride around the agreed route. The booked price and any requested accommodation need confirmation for your specific trip. Keep the traveler contact available on the day, and report changes to flights, addresses or party size promptly.
