Before you travel
Link the ground request to the flight team
PHL's official general aviation page distinguishes private aircraft ground services at PHL from Northeast Philadelphia Airport. Confirm the actual airport, facility and authorized passenger meeting point with the flight team before requesting a vehicle. Commercial terminal directions do not establish the correct handoff for a private aircraft.
Provide the arrival window, aircraft tail number when available, passenger count, bags and the contact responsible for flight updates. Include the onward itinerary and any materials accompanying the party. If a traveler must move straight into meetings, identify the required arrival time at the building instead of only the expected landing time. Aircraft arrival and passenger readiness are separate steps.
For departures, use the reporting time and entrance supplied by the flight team. If the flight changes airport or facility, update the ground coordinator before the passenger leaves the property so availability and the itinerary can be reviewed. Vehicle access remains subject to the facility's rules; an airside meeting should never be assumed. Review the PNE page, PHL page and vehicle guide to prepare the correct facility and storage request.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Before booking, review the written itinerary and quote together. The pickup date, addresses, passenger list, bags and vehicle class should agree, along with the reserved time and any waiting or extension terms. We arrange and manage the ride around the confirmed request. Availability and special arrangements must be confirmed for that reservation. Keep one traveler contact reachable during the trip and use the agreed coordination channel for changes. A complete request makes it easier to see whether the offered service covers the work you need.
