Name the entrance, not just Center City

A Center City itinerary works best when each stop names the building and its passenger entrance. For a hotel, ask the property which entrance it uses for car arrivals and whether the group should assemble inside before calling the chauffeur forward. For an office, include the host's contact and allow for the time between reaching the building and starting the meeting. Lobby arrival and meeting start are different deadlines.

If the day includes the Pennsylvania Convention Center, use the event organizer's entrance instructions rather than sending only the venue name. The Center's official directions identify entrances at the northeast and northwest corners of 12th and Arch Streets. Match the meeting point to the actual hall or registration location and confirm the event's designated entrance. A passenger drop-off and an exhibitor loading instruction should be listed separately.

For PHL arrivals, include the hotel or office address in the same request as the flight details. For an evening return, decide whether the car is retained during dinner or reserved as a later transfer. Add everyone who must join at a different property. Check the confirmed arrangement

For the quote, include the date, pickup time, all addresses, passengers and bags in one request. Identify any fixed arrival deadline and whether the car waits between stops.
