Before you travel
Plan the TTN connection as a complete trip
Trenton-Mercer Airport's official website identifies its location in Ewing, New Jersey and publishes arrival, departure and ground transportation resources. Check the airport and airline information for your actual travel date. The airport code TTN should be written into the request, particularly when an itinerary also mentions Trenton rail stations or a connection through another airport.
Send the flight number, arrival date, passenger mobile contact and exact onward address. For a Princeton campus visit, specify the building and the host's requested entrance; for Philadelphia, identify the hotel, office or residence rather than using the city as the destination. A transfer to a train is a separate connection: include the station name and the train departure deadline so the itinerary can be reviewed together.
For a return departure, distinguish the time you want to leave the property from the time you must reach airline check-in. Luggage collection, a hotel checkout, or passengers joining from another address can add steps before the car departs. Describe those steps in the quote request. The Princeton planning page and airport comparison guide can help you prepare the right destination details.
Check the confirmed arrangement
Before confirmation, compare the written plan with your ticket: airport, travel date, arrival or departure, addresses and passenger count should all agree. Ask how waiting is handled, how to request a change, and what happens if the itinerary changes. Vehicle availability and any special request need confirmation for the actual reservation. We arrange and manage the ground ride around that agreed plan. Keep the confirmation accessible during travel, and contact coordination when the party is ready or if the meeting point needs to change.
