Privacy Policy

Black Car Service Philadelphia respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book service, we collect the details needed to fulfill your reservation: name, contact information, pickup and destination addresses, flight numbers, and trip preferences.

How it is used

Your information is used to quote, coordinate, and deliver your transportation — and to communicate with you about your reservations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

Trip details are shared only with the dispatch and chauffeur personnel involved in your service, and with service providers required to fulfill your reservation.

Data security

Reservation and contact data is retained only as long as needed for operations, billing, and legal requirements, and is protected with appropriate safeguards.

Share the information the trip needs

For a Philadelphia airport request, give your flight number, travel date, destination and a contact who will be reachable on arrival. You do not need to include a passport number or a copy of an identity document in the itinerary field. For a group, describe the total passengers and bags rather than adding personal details about every traveler when those details are not needed to plan the vehicle.

For an assistant booking on someone else's behalf, distinguish the person receiving the quote from the traveler who needs pickup instructions. Describe whether the traveler or the booking contact should receive coordination messages. Avoid including private meeting agendas or unrelated employment information in a route request. The useful logistics are the address, arrival deadline, stops and any boarding assistance you want to discuss.

Online booking widget

The embedded LimoAnywhere booking widget is hosted by a booking service; it can also be opened in a new tab. Review the privacy information and terms presented by that booking service before submitting information there. Do not enter payment card numbers into the general itinerary text field.

Corrections and questions

If an address, flight number or traveler contact changes, include enough reservation context for dispatch to identify the affected trip. Keep the update focused on the changed details. When asking a privacy question, describe the information or reservation involved without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. A quote request is an inquiry; check the reservation confirmation for the agreed trip details and payment process.
