Before you travel
Use campus instructions for the final approach
Princeton University publishes official visitor and event transportation resources. For a campus visit, name the building, department and host's recommended passenger drop-off. An event registration point or visitor parking location does not automatically identify where a reserved car should unload. Confirm the appropriate entrance and any walking route with the host.
Share the appointment start and the time the passenger must check in, especially for a tour, presentation or hosted event. If the traveler is staying at a hotel, treat the hotel and campus as distinct stops. Include bags left in the vehicle, a mobility aid or any material needed for the meeting. That allows the vehicle and itinerary to be considered together before confirmation.
An airport request should write out PHL or TTN explicitly, with the flight date and number. If the return airport differs from the arrival airport, put both in the same itinerary. Review the TTN transfer guide and PHL guide. For Princeton meetings combined with Philadelphia visits, identify which appointments are fixed and whether the car is retained between them; a city name alone cannot establish the booked time block.
Check the confirmed arrangement
For the quote, include the date, pickup time, all addresses, passengers and bags in one request. Identify any fixed arrival deadline and whether the car waits between stops. Confirm the vehicle, reserved period, waiting terms and cancellation policy before travel. We arrange and manage the ride according to the confirmed itinerary. If the property changes an entrance or a meeting moves, send the update to coordination rather than assuming the original pickup still works. A clear traveler contact keeps the final handoff straightforward.
