Before you travel
List the towns and stops in travel order
A Main Line request needs a town and full street address for each stop. A residence, campus, hotel and reception venue can all appear in one day, so list them separately with the passenger pickup or drop-off required at each. Give driveway or entrance instructions supplied by the host, particularly if there is a gated arrival, a narrow turning area or a specific place for group assembly.
For a PHL departure, work backward from the airline's check-in guidance and add the time needed to collect the party and bags. For an airport arrival, identify whether the first destination is the residence or a hotel stop before continuing. When guests are arriving on multiple flights, decide which people travel together and which need separate arrangements rather than assuming every arrival fits one vehicle.
For wedding or family travel, keep the guest manifest separate from the sequence of venues. Note which passengers leave early, which require a return, and whether belongings remain with the car. Road conditions should be reviewed using Pennsylvania's official 511PA travel information. Explore wedding logistics or hourly service when the itinerary includes waiting between several Main Line addresses.
Check the confirmed arrangement
For the quote, include the date, pickup time, all addresses, passengers and bags in one request. Identify any fixed arrival deadline and whether the car waits between stops. Confirm the vehicle, reserved period, waiting terms and cancellation policy before travel. We arrange and manage the ride according to the confirmed itinerary. If the property changes an entrance or a meeting moves, send the update to coordination rather than assuming the original pickup still works. A clear traveler contact keeps the final handoff straightforward.
